A b o u t m e
My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel like a genuine human connection — not a clinical exercise. I blend person-centred principles with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based techniques which means I will be curious and inquisitive but directive where appropriate, noticing subtle emotions and letting you land with genuine empathy and always adapting to what serves you best.
I work from a calm, private space in Cheshire, and also offer online sessions for those who prefer the comfort and flexibility of meeting remotely. Whatever your circumstances, my commitment is to meet you exactly where you are.

What to expect
I recognise that opening up to someone new can be challenging. I will help you to feel as comfortable as possible and guide you through the process with honesty, curiosity and openness. Therapy is not always easy at first, but the long term benefits that come with self exploration and self discovery can be life changing.
