Face to face sessions

Remote Sessions

Face to face sessions take place at the Cheshire Wellness Centre near Lymm, a 5 minutes drive from junction 7 on the M56. A calm and tranquil location with on site parking and private and confidential therapy rooms.

I offer virtual counselling sessions to accommodate your schedule and comfort. Together, we can work just as effectively towards healing and growth in a space that feels safe and familiar.

Home sessions can also be arranged for people local to the Altrincham area who have mobility issues or have difficulty leaving their home but would still like to work face to face.
